Hartland, WI – America’s first e-liquid manufacturer submits 235+ products to meet FDA regulations.
Johnson Creek Enterprises, LLC announced today that it has formally registered their facility, as well as filed its complete line of e-liquids, with the FDA. This filing of documentation demonstrates Johnson Creek’s intention to continue to manufacture and sell their products in the United States. Executing the FDA’s requirements is mandatory for all companies intending to manufacture and sell electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS) related products in the United States.
Newly deemed “tobacco products,” including ENDS, became subject to FDA authority on August 8, 2016. All domestic facilities that manufacture, prepare, compound, or process tobacco products must not only register their facilities, but submit a Pre-Market Tobacco Application (PMTA) of all their products in preparation of enforcement of stringent new rules for safety and consumer information.
Johnson Creek submitted a formal establishment registration along with a comprehensive product listing detailing the product descriptions, product labeling, and representative sampling of advertisements for everything the company manufactures via the FDA Unified Registration and Listing System.
