Complying with the FDA
Today’s announcement comes two weeks before the U.S. Food & Drug Administration’s (FDA) final rule on the manufacturing and marketing of newly deemed vapor products go into effect on August 8, 2016. Products shipped after this date will not be allowed on the market until the FDA approves a marketing order.
