West Chazy, NY – The New York State Vapor Association (NYSVA.org) is pleased to present the first-ever business to business conference in New York State, “NYSVA’s Inaugural Industry Conference.” The event will take place Thursday, October 26 -Friday October 27, 2017, at the Maplewood Suites, Liverpool, NY, just outside of Syracuse.
The program will feature high-level business information contributed by industry experts, and speakers who are experts in regulatory issues for the vapor industry. This vital program will feature FDA updates, information about New York State and local issues, as well as important tips on running a vapor business from industry professionals who are experts in their various fields.
Thursday evening’s B-to-B Networking Event will give attendees an opportunity to make relationships and establish connections with others in the industry in NY State. Hors d’oeuvres will be served.
Friday will feature a full day conference dedicated to assisting business owners prepare for the future of vapor product regulations, the threats from Albany and local municipalities, as well as educational information to help assist attendees improve business practices.
As of this date, speakers secured include Alex Clark, Executive Director, Consumer Association for Smoke-free Alternatives Association (CASAA.org) and Gregory Conley, President of the American Vaping Association, Inc. (Vaping.org). In addition, board members of the NYSVA, each experts in disciplines within the vapor industry will speak, including Michael Frennier, President (vapor business operations, New York State legislative issues); Andrew Osborne, Vice President (New York State legislative issues
and import/export issues), Mary Bielaska, Esquire, Zanicorn, Inc. and NYSVA Legal Counsel (legal issues and FDA compliance); Spike Babaian, Director of Scientific Data Analysis (vapor research and data). More speakers will be announced as confirmed.
Attendees are encouraged to stay through Saturday — after the conference on Friday evening, NYSVA will host an evening to relax and have fun together at the hotel bar. Those from out of town can then enjoy the various seasonal enjoyments – from leaf peaking to pumpkin picking, tourist attractions will be in high season.
Register for the event before September 29th and save $50. Seating is limited and attendees are encouraged to book early. The conference will take place at the Maplewood Suites where the NYSVA has secured discounted room rates. Registrants are asked to book rooms through the NYSVA event registration page no later than October 20th.
