On October 26 and October 28 VapeMentors will be hosting two of the most pre-eminent legal minds in the vaping world as they share the latest FDA information.
The webinar series, called “Knock, Knock. It’s the FDA Calling” will be hosted by Norm Bour, founder of VapeMentors and the instructors, Azim Chowdhury, an attorney with the DC-based firm Keller and Heckman and head of the firm’s FDA e-cigarette practice and Bryan Haynes with Troutman Sanders, from Richmond, VA each will deliver their viewpoints of the state of the market.
Part I will discuss the imminent changes facing the e-liquid and brick and mortar market, sometimes called the Vapor, Tanks & Mods (VTM) segment and will be presented by Mr. Chowdhury. The second session will address the e-cigarette and closed tank market and share some background of the decades’ long battle between the tobacco world and the FDA. Both segments will be recorded and available for review.
The FDA decision will have far-reaching effects on anyone in the vaping world or anyone looking to enter it. Each attorney will speak with experience and candor and these webinars will be provided as new information is revealed.
The next workshops will be Wednesday, November 8, 2015 and Wednesday, December 2, 2015.
